Frost & Sullivan, India’s top Growth Advisory Company, recently released its Total Cost of Ownership Benchmark analysis, unveiling Kia’s popular innovations, the Seltos and Carens, as leaders in offering the lowest maintenance expenses across both diesel and petrol variants.
Kia's Carens has emerged as a frontrunner in the family mover segment, boasting the most economical maintenance costs for both petrol and diesel variants, with savings of 21% and 26%, respectively. Furthermore, its diesel models feature the lowest acquisition cost, providing exceptional value for modern customers. Notably, Carens Diesel closely trails the segment's top performer in fuel costs, establishing itself as a premium family car choice with a compelling value proposition.
Additionally, Frost & Sullivan highlighted Kia's bestselling innovation, the Seltos, for its lowest maintenance costs in petrol variants, delivering a minimum of 17% savings over the industry average. Moreover, its diesel variants share the lowest maintenance costs with another segment leader. In terms of total cost of ownership (TCO), the Seltos closely competes with the segment's top performers, securing the second-best TCO for its diesel variant and the third-best for its petrol variant.
In December 2023, Frost & Sullivan also declared that the Sonet boasts the best maintenance cost in the Compact SUV segment, with maintenance costs for its Petrol and Diesel variants being 16% and 14% lower than the segment average, respectively.
Mr. Hardeep Singh Brar, National Head Sales & Marketing at Kia India, expressed his delight at Frost & Sullivan's recognition of Kia as the maker of one of the most value-driven mobility solutions for new-age customers. He emphasized that choosing a Kia isn't just a wise decision for today but an investment for the future, given its premiumness, unmatched maintenance, and residual costs within their segments.
These reports by Frost & Sullivan solidify Kia models as among the most value-for-money products in their segments. They underscore Kia’s commitment to offering class-leading products with top-notch technology, design, quality, and globally acclaimed aftersales services, making them a preferred choice for customers.
