Notably, there has been a 41% increase in first-time MPV buyers, largely driven by a surge in younger urban customers. Additionally, 66% of Ertiga buyers regard it as their preferred option, emphasizing its status as the quintessential lifestyle family vehicle. The Ertiga commands a significant 37.5% market share in its segment, reflecting its widespread popularity across urban and rural markets nationwide.
The Ertiga's top-end variants have garnered praise from customers for their comprehensive range of advanced features, including a 17.78 cm (7-inch) Smartplay Pro Touchscreen Infotainment System with Arkamys Surround Sense, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility, MID with Turn-by-Turn Navigation, Suzuki Connect with over 40 features, remote A/C operation, Automatic Headlamps, Cruise Control, and Machined Two-Tone Alloy Wheels, among others.
