The Maruti Suzuki Ignis was recently launched in India with prices starting from Rs. 4.59 lakh and going to Rs. 7.80 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). While the launch prices did put off a few customers, who felt the car was priced around 50k more than its ideal placement, Maruti appears to be attracting its own share of customers to the showroom floor. When we went to a nearby Nexa for our Design Review, we saw a huge crowd of youngsters checking out the Ignis. In fact, the Baleno and S-Cross were seen parked on the side, in order to liberate space for the youngsters to have a look at the new kid on the block.
The thing is, Maruti has packaged the Ignis very intelligently. Everything about the car has been designed and engineered for the youngsters. From the quirky looks, to the technologically laden cabin and the funky colours available, everything about this new Maruti screams youthfulness. However, quite a few people were confused about the colour options available with the Maruti Suzuki Ignis. As a result, we decided to put together a dedicated article explaining all of the Maruti Ignis colour options.
